Our role is to help clients turn a financing need into a clear, structured transaction that can be presented to potential lenders and investors.
We work upstream to understand each project’s economic and financial fundamentals, define an appropriate financing structure, prepare the information required by funders and support discussions through the key execution stages.
OUR PURPOSE
Many economically viable projects struggle to access capital, not because they lack potential, but because of inadequate structuring, poor financial positioning, incomplete documentation or limited access to the right decision-makers.
Synexis Capital was established to help bridge this gap between projects and capital.

With over 15 years of Corporate Banking experience, Abdoul Aziz Thiam has held leadership responsibilities and led Corporate Coverage and Transaction Banking activities within leading pan-African banking groups. His career has given him in-depth knowledge of financing needs for companies and institutions, the structuring of complex transactions and strategic support for stakeholders in key sectors of the West African economy.
At the helm of Synexis Capital, he pursues a vision grounded in financial expertise, the structuring of investment opportunities and the development of high-value partnerships. His approach goes beyond connecting stakeholders: it seeks to align their interests, mobilise the necessary skills and resources, and design solutions tailored to investors, companies and institutions, with a focus on sustainable value creation.
